Richard Levy is an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sport Scientist and fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer with over 20 years ‘experience and a passion for all things sport, health and fitness.
Richard’s speciality is within sports performance coaching working with athletes from a wide variety of sports at regional, national and international level in the UK and abroad. He also practises as a weight management coach with a specific focus on fat loss protocols and muscle building methods.
Richard’s enthusiasm combined with his academic background, extensive practical knowledge and hands-on coaching experience have enabled him to become a well rounded practitioner, providing a truly comprehensive approach to achieving results with a broad range of clients.
My mission when working with individuals or small groups is to ensure everyone reaches their desired sport, health or fitness potential and I take pride in making these changes happen over time.
Richard is a distinguished trainer who continuously keeps up with the latest trends in research and strives to improve himself and his skills as a Sport Performance Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer. Richard graduated with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Coventry University and is currently studying for a Masters in Strength and Conditioning.He is a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Scientists, the UK Strength and Conditioning Association and is an accredited member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
