Richard Levy is an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sport Scientist and fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer with over 20 years ‘experience and a passion for all things sport, health and fitness.

Richard’s speciality is within sports performance coaching working with athletes from a wide variety of sports at regional, national and international level in the UK and abroad. He also practises as a weight management coach with a specific focus on fat loss protocols and muscle building methods.

Richard’s enthusiasm combined with his academic background, extensive practical knowledge and hands-on coaching experience have enabled him to become a well rounded practitioner, providing a truly comprehensive approach to achieving results with a broad range of clients.

My mission when working with individuals or small groups is to ensure everyone reaches their desired sport, health or fitness potential and I take pride in making these changes happen over time.

Richard is a distinguished trainer who continuously keeps up with the latest trends in research and strives to improve himself and his skills as a Sport Performance Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer. Richard graduated with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Coventry University and is currently studying for a Masters in Strength and Conditioning.He is a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Scientists, the UK Strength and Conditioning Association and is an accredited member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.

Personal Training

During your initial consultation Richard discusses your goals, limitations, previous exercise history and your current lifestyle. He will develop a unique and tailored fitness appraisal for you and present a report outlining your results and future recommendations.

Strength and Conditioning

Whether you are a sports team or an individual athlete looking to improve fitness, speed, strength, power, agility or flexibility Richard has the expertise to help. His training methods are robust, incorporating a variety of training concepts to improve sports performance and reduce injury risk, helping athletes to take their performance to the next level.

Nutrition

Exercise alone does not always get the results you want, especially if it is a new healthy you that you are after. We have to look at the lifestyle you lead and nutrition is a key part of this. Richard can help you make the changes you need to your diet with analysis of your food diary, meal plan suggestions, healthy eating guidelines and weight loss or weight gain advice.

Online Training

Not everyone can make it to a session, so we are making our training expertise available to you too. Get workouts, diet assessment and video/phone consultation sessions from wherever you are. With the benefits of modern technology we can give you the best possible home training advice wherever you are in the world.
